Common Questions

Things people often ask first.

Will you give me legal advice?
No. We're not a law firm and we don't represent either side. We can help you understand the process, what we offer, and whether your dispute fits — but we can't tell you whether to file or how to argue your case. For legal advice, talk to a Georgia attorney.
Do you handle disputes outside of Georgia?
No. Our rules are written specifically for Georgia HOA and condominium law, and our arbitrators are trained on Georgia statutes and procedures. If you're outside Georgia, look for an ADR provider in your state.
Can I find out the status of an active case?
Yes. Email filings@hoa-adr.com with your case number, and we'll respond with the current status and next scheduled action within one business day.
I want to become a neutral on your roster — how?
We add to our roster periodically. Send your résumé to hello@hoa-adr.com with "Neutral roster" in the subject line. We require minimum 5 years' experience in real estate, property management, or HOA/condo law, plus completion of our training program.
